From the U.S., South Africa, Ireland, Scotland to Spain, I’m a global mental health speaker, consultant, trainer and licensed therapist who built a thriving, profitable speaking and consulting business as well as solo private practice.
For years, I followed the "rules," played "the game" and still got overlooked and was underpaid. Then realized, being a therapist has given me the blueprint to use the skills I already have to stop shrinking and playing small.
Today, I'm not afraid to show up in spaces where people don't look like me, charge premium rates or negotiate contracts to build long-term partnerships.
