I’ve faced burnout several times throughout my career in the mental health and wellness industry. Now, my motto is burnout ain’t it.

My bachelor's, master's or doctorate program didn't teach me anything about running a business, prioritizing self-care or diversifying streams of income. Right?

The day I started sharing my story about being the first, one of the few or only one in most spaces and living with anxiety, my life changed forever. Now, this message is shared around the world.

 

Traveling became my passion and I look forward to sharing and hosting experiences with you in mind.
