Details for the Sessions to Stages™ Summit
Flow of Events
The Sessions to Stages™ Summit will be Monday, October 20 to Wednesday, October 22, 2025. Speaker sessions will stream virtually in the private community. This allows you to tune in from anywhere with stable internet access to enegae in the comments during your session.
Registration opens on Monday, October 1st.
Speaker Talks
We will have 25+ dynamic pre-recorded spotlight talks and trainings premiering as well as three panels, one each day, at a set time based on th schedule. There will a follow-up thread for your session in the Facebook group. There is no live component, but we encourage you to engage during your session.
What We'll Ask of You
1. Basic Information
You’ll receive a form to share speaker information such as preferred photo, bio, topic, etc. This information is used to help us prepare your speaker agreement and for the registration page.
2.Speaker Agreement
The agreement outlines expectations, deadlines, affiliate details and usage of your presentation. Please review and sign promptly to secure your spot.
3. Training or Podcast-style Interview
Choose between a 20-minute podcast-style pre-recorded spotlight talk with Dr. Dominique or a self-created 20-minute pre-recorded training (with or without slides). Keep it conversational, engaging and practical with actionable takeaways.

3. Sessions to Stages All-Access Pass Contribution
Optional but encouraged: contribute a value-packed resource (template, workbook, ebook, training, etc.) to the All-Access Pass. This is likely a product that you would sell in your online shop and not one that's free on your website. This adds value for attendees, exposes you to an expanded audience, grows your list and increases your affiliate commission to 50%. Attendees can begin claiming the All-Access Pass once registration opens.
✅ Suggested: Templates (most popular), workbooks, eBooks, trainings, or similar resources.
🚫 Not recommended: 1:1 offers, as a large number of passes will be sold or freebie from your website.
4. Promotion & Affiliate Sales
A summit has the most impact when we promote together. All of the swipe copy and graphics will be provided. During this time, we’ll highlight the All-Access Pass (replays, notes, hot seats, live sessions, bonuses, etc.) which increases attendee value and gives you affiliate commissions, client opportunities, and list growth.
To ensure success, each speaker is asked to send 2 emails and make 2 social posts during the promo period. Always use your affiliate link to receive 40% commissions plus earnings from follow-up sales if you DID NOT contribute to the All-Access Pass, but you may earn 50% commissions plus earnings from follow-up sales if you contribute to the All-Access Pass.
IMPORTANT:
Always use the exact affiliate link provided by ThriveCart. Editing it in any way will stop your referrals from tracking. If you’d like a cleaner version, tools like Pretty Links or bit.ly can redirect to your original link.
I’d love to collaborate on promotion whether that’s an Instagram story takeover, a podcast guest spot, a newsletter feature, or a live in your Facebook group. Together, we’ll make sure it all drives back to your affiliate link for maximum results.
Lastly, I would love to partner with you on promotion. Whether it’s taking over your Instagram stories, joining your podcast, writing a guest newsletter, or doing a guest live in your Facebook group, we can make sure it all points back to your affiliate link for maximum conversions.
Affiliate & Commission Details
Summits are a great resource to amplify your voice, vision and visiblity. Also, you will definitely make connections and while adding some extra income.
This is why we've set up an affiliate program where you'll receive a commission for all sales purchased under your personalized affiliate link.
The affiliate commission structure is as follows:

40% Commission: For all speakers using their affiliate link.

50% Commission: For all speakers who contribute a resource to the All-Access Pass and use their affiliate link.

$3250 Commission: For each Accelerator referral generated through a speaker’s affiliate link or from attendees who enroll in the Accelerator program within sixty (60) days after the Event ends.
Payment Terms:

Commissions will be calculated monthly and issued within thirty (30) days after the end of each month.

Only sales properly tracked through Client’s unique affiliate link are eligible.

No commission shall be earned on Client’s own purchases, refunds, chargebacks, or on sales deemed fraudulent, deceptive, or unauthorized by Company.

Meet the Host
Hey, I’m Dr. Dominique Pritchett, host of the Sessions to Stages™ Summit.
I've partnered with therapy clients, clinicians and community organizations who all have stories that inspire others to live on their terms and lead.
I teach mental health professionals how to turn their expertise into meaningful, paid speaking partnerships without burning out.
From the U.S., South Africa, Ireland, Scotland to Spain, I’m a global mental health speaker, consultant, trainer, podcaster and licensed therapist who built a thriving, profitable speaking business and solo private practice.
Today, I'm not afraid to charge keynotes starting at $15K or negotiate contracts in a way that allows me to build long-term, meaningful partnerships.
But for years, I followed the "rules," stayed in the box and still got overlooked and underpaid. Then realized, being a therapist taught me how to position myself and package my skills. So, I stopped shrinking and playing small.
I didn’t start from the bottom and neither should our attendees.
