Hey, I’m Dr. Dominique Pritchett, founder of Speak to the Soul.
I've partnered with therapy clients, clinicians and community organizations who all have stories that inspire others to live on their terms and lead.
Now, I guide mental health professionals on how to turn their expertise into meaningful, paid speaking opportunities without burning out.
From the U.S., South Africa, Ireland, Scotland to Spain, I’m a global mental health speaker, consultant, trainer, podcaster and licensed therapist who built a thriving, profitable speaking business and solo private practice.
Today, I'm not afraid to charge premium rates or negotiate contracts in a way that allows me to build long-term, meaningful partnerships.
But for years, I followed the "rules," stayed in the box and still got overlooked and underpaid. Then realized, being a therapist taught me how to position myself and package my skills. So, I stopped shrinking and playing small.
I didn’t start from the bottom and neither should you. It's time to speak up!
