Today, I'm not afraid to charge premium rates or negotiate contracts in a way that allows me to build long-term, meaningful partnerships.

But for years, I followed the "rules," stayed in the box and still got overlooked and underpaid.​​ Then realized, being a therapist taught me how to position myself and package my skills. So, I stopped shrinking and playing small.
